Thank you for choosing our photography services. Please find below the terms and conditions applicable to your voucher:

Your voucher is valid for one year from the date of the invoice.
The voucher entitles you to a one-hour family shoot at any location within Brisbane. Our team will capture your family's unique moments and memories that you can cherish forever. Please be aware that if you wish to have your family shoot at a location outside of Brisbane, additional travel costs may apply.
To schedule and plan your special family shoot, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We recommend that you book your session at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you need to reschedule your family shoot, please provide us with at least 72 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your voucher.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your family shoot due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or illness. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time.
Please note that additional fees may apply for any additional services or products requested beyond the one-hour family shoot.
